Three ways to arrive

  • On foot, from the ferry

The Three Cities ferry crosses from Valletta and lands in Bormla, at the head of the creek. Senglea’s waterfront is a short walk along the water from there.

  • By water, straight across

Traditional dgħajsa boats cross the Grand Harbour from the Valletta waterfront and drop you on the Three Cities side. Crossing times are being confirmed.

  • By car, on to the peninsula

Senglea is a narrow peninsula with narrow streets, reached by road from Bormla. Where to park, and how busy it gets on summer evenings, is being confirmed.

Make an evening of it

Most people pair dinner with a walk round the Three Cities. Three places within ten minutes of the table.

  • Fort St Angelo

Directly across the creek on the Birgu side. Worth an afternoon before dinner.

  • The Senglea promenade

Out to the Gardjola gardens at the point, and the view back across to Valletta.

  • Birgu waterfront

The marina and the old streets behind it, ten minutes on foot around the creek.

Dinner first, then the long way round the creek.
